London is my home and west London is where I have lived for most of my life.

My walks are informal, full of interesting and unusual facts and, most of all, are to be enjoyed.

I would love to share with you the fascinating history of this wonderful city, contact me for meeting venue.

  • Saturday, 24 March, 10 am:  ASKEW ROAD.  A local favourite.
  • Tuesday 27 March, 10 am:  BEDFORD PARK.  London's first garden suburb, an architectural gem.
  • Wednesday 4 April, 10 am:  HAMMERSMITH MALL.  See where the Stamford Brook enters the river and the writer of Rule Britannia lived for a time.
  • Sunday 8 April, 3 pm:  BROOK GREEN.   This hidden green was once home to a famous actor whilst round the corner is where some of the final plans for the D Day invasion took place.
  • Thursday 19 April, 10 am:  PUTNEY RIVERSIDE AND OLD TOWN.  As well as exploring the riverside, discover the paths winding through the old part of Putney.
  • Sunday 22 April, 3 pm:  SHEPHERD'S BUSH.   From the green to the site of the 1908 Olympics and where many films and television programmes were made.
  • Saturday 28 April, 10 am:  HOLLAND PARK ARTISTS.   Tucked away just off High Street Kensington is a small area where some of the best known artists of the Victorian era lived.
